INTERNSHIP PROGRAM TALENT RECRUITMENT TO JAPAN 2025

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
  • To identify and train high-potential candidates to work at USE Corporation Japan ) – a well-established IT company with over 50 years of experience and multiple branches across Japan.
  • To provide opportunities for official employment in Japan with compensation and benefits equivalent to local employees.
  • To offer long-term career development in Japan or at the future USE Vietnam office (expected to be launched soon).
 RECRUITMENT POSITION:
  • Software Engineer.
  • Number of openings: 15 candidates.
 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • [Must Have]
    • Final-year students or recent graduates in Information Technology (female candidates are encouraged to apply).
    • Strong willingness to learn, good teamwork skills, and passion for technology.
    • A GPA of 7.0/10 or higher is a plus.
    • Japanese language learners (past or current) are welcome.
    • Able to commit to full-time work (5 days/week).
    • Internship period: May 5, 2025 – August 4, 2025 (subject to change depending on actual conditions).

    • Willingness to continue studying Japanese for 6 months post-internship if selected.
    • Able to work in Japan from late March 2026 (must graduate before February 2026)
    • Willing to learn and work with any required programming languages and commit to long-term employment in Japan.
 INTERNSHIP CONTENT:
  • In-depth training in technologies and programming languages.
  • Overview of software development processes and project management.
  • Technical document and business requirement analysis.
  • Development of professional mindset, soft skills, and workplace etiquette.
  • Proficiency in essential tools and source code management systems.
 INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Comply with company policies and guidelines.
  • Proactively learn and complete assigned tasks.
  • Participate in real project support to enhance technical skills.

 WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
  • Location: Block B, Waseco Building, No. 10 Pho Quang St., Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (lunch break: 11:30 – 12:30).

SUCCESS STORIES

The Internship Program 2024 was successfully conducted from May to July 2024 at ARIS Vietnam. Five outstanding interns were selected for an additional 6-month Japanese language training and have now officially received their Engineer Visa (5 years) to work in Japan at USE Corporation Japan.

All interns successfully completed the program, obtained JLPT N3 certification, and are scheduled to begin their new career journey in Japan in late March 2025. ARIS and USE will continue expanding this program in 2025 and beyond, bringing more opportunities for Vietnamese talents to work and grow in the Land of the Rising Sun.
