INTERNSHIP PROGRAM TALENT RECRUITMENT TO JAPAN 2025
- To identify and train high-potential candidates to work at USE Corporation Japan ) – a well-established IT company with over 50 years of experience and multiple branches across Japan.
- To provide opportunities for official employment in Japan with compensation and benefits equivalent to local employees.
- To offer long-term career development in Japan or at the future USE Vietnam office (expected to be launched soon).
- Software Engineer.
- Number of openings: 15 candidates.

- Final-year students or recent graduates in Information Technology (female candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong willingness to learn, good teamwork skills, and passion for technology.
- A GPA of 7.0/10 or higher is a plus.
- Japanese language learners (past or current) are welcome.
- Able to commit to full-time work (5 days/week).
- Internship period: May 5, 2025 – August 4, 2025 (subject to change depending on actual conditions).

- Willingness to continue studying Japanese for 6 months post-internship if selected.
- Able to work in Japan from late March 2026 (must graduate before February 2026)
- Willing to learn and work with any required programming languages and commit to long-term employment in Japan.

- Technical document and business requirement analysis.
- Development of professional mindset, soft skills, and workplace etiquette.
- Proficiency in essential tools and source code management systems.

- Internship allowance: 150,000 VND/day.
