INTERNSHIP PROGRAM TALENT RECRUITMENT TO JAPAN

Objective:
  • The internship and training program aims to recruit talents to work in Japan.
  • Opportunity to work in a large IT company in Japan with a history of over 50 years and multiple branches across the country.
  • Selected candidates will be hired as full-time employees and enjoy benefits similar to Japanese employees.
  • Possibility to work in Vietnam at the local branch (planned to be established within the next 3 years).
Position:
  • Software Developer/Web Programmer.
  • Number of positions: 10 candidates.
Responsibilities:
  • Adherence to company regulations and policies.
  • Seriousness and a positive attitude towards studies and work.
  • Completion of tasks assigned by the direct supervisor with the highest quality.
  • Willingness to learn and undertake project tasks as needed to enhance professional skills.
Internship Content:
  • Research in the registered programming language/field.
  • Understanding project operations.
  • Reading, understanding, and analyzing requirement documents.
  • Understanding work psychology and soft skills.
  • Learning about various tools (source tree, git, etc.).
  • Understanding source code management.
Application requirements:
  • Final-year students/Recent graduates majoring in IT (willing to work long-term in Japan if selected).
  • Good teamwork and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • GPA: above 7/10 is an advantage.
  • Priority for candidates currently studying or have studied Japanese.
  • Availability to work: 5 days/week.
  • Internship duration: 3 months (April 1, 2024 – June 30, 2024, subject to specific circumstances).

  • Upon arrival in Japan, employees will receive on-the-job training while simultaneously learning Japanese. (Company support)

Location and working hours:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 – 17:30 (lunch break from 11:30 – 12:30).
