Japanese BrSE cum Project Lead/Project Manager

Job Description

  • Receive and convey job requirements from Japanese partners to the team in Vietnam.
  • Communicate questions and requests from the Vietnamese team to the Japanese partners.
  • Manage project progress, monitor team members, and report to Japanese partners.
  • Assign and track the work of team members.
  • Work daily with Japanese partners, participate in meetings via Skype, and communicate in Japanese through chat or participate in short-term onsite (6 months) in Japan.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • University graduate (priority for IT or Telecommunications majors).
  • Good Japanese language skills for reading/writing technical documents and communication (JLPT N2 or above).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in Web development (.Net/C#/Java).
  • Proactive, responsible, diligent, and willing to learn.
  • Flexible in arranging work hours to meet required progress.
  • Preference for candidates who have worked in Japan or with Japanese partners.
